Deine Aufgaben

• Du bist für die Verfügbarkeit der Roller in der Stadt zuständig und sorgst für ein tolles Kundenerlebnis
• Du bist ein essentieller Bestandteil für den Start von emmy im Standort Stuttgart!
• Akkutausch: Du kümmerst dich um unsere Roller auf der Straße, machst den Akkutausch, eine kleine Sicherheitsüberprüfung und reinigst den Roller
• Reparatur und Pickup: Du reparierst defekte Roller in der Stadt und sammelst defekte Fahrzeuge für den Transport zur Werkstatt ein

Dein Profil

• Du bist zuverlässig
• Du packst gerne mit an
• Du kannst dich gut auf Deutsch/Englisch verständigen
• Du besitzt eine gewisse technische Affinität und schraubst gerne an Fahrzeugen
• Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B länger als 1 Jahr und verfügst über Fahrerfahrung in Städten. Auch große Transporter bis 3,5t stellen kein Problem für dich dar.
• Du wohnst in Stuttgart und hast eine Arbeitserlaubnis

Über uns

Als führender Elektro-Roller Sharing Anbieter in Deutschland sind mit über 3.800 Rollern auf den Straßen Berlins, Hamburgs und Münchens unterwegs. Ohne uns jetzt selbst zu beweihräuchern, bisher haben wir einige Preise abgeräumt und sind ziemlich stolz auf das, was wir seit 2015 auf die Straße gestellt haben. Was aber nicht bedeutet, dass wir uns jetzt auf unseren Lorbeeren ausruhen wollen. Ganz im Gegenteil, wir wollen die Mobilität in unseren Städten immer weiter voranbringen!
Für dieses Jahr haben wir uns einiges vorgenommen: Gemeinsam mit unseren neuen Kolleg:innen von GoTo (rollin' with seit Oktober 2021) erweitern wir unser Verständnis von moderner Mobilität. GoTo ist eine große Hausnummer auf dem europäischen Mobilitätsmarkt, und wir haben da schon so einiges im Kopf.

Your mission

• You are responsible for the availability of the scooters in the city and ensure a great customer experience
• You are an essential part of the launch of emmy in Stuttgart!
• Battery exchange: You take care of our scooters on the road, do the battery exchange, a small safety check and clean the scooter
• Repair and pickup: You repair defective scooters in the city and collect defective vehicles for transportation to the workshop

Your profile

• You are reliable
• You like to lend a hand
• You can communicate well in German/English
• You have a certain technical affinity and enjoy working on vehicles
• You have a class B driving license for more than 1 year and have driving experience in cities. Even large vans up to 3.5 tons are no problem for you.
• You live in Stuttgart and have a work permit

About us

We are the leading electric moped sharing company in Germany and currently operate over 3,800 electric mopeds on the streets of Berlin, Hamburg and Munich. We won some awards, but don't want to rest on our laurels. Rather we want to really push mobility forward in our cities.
