As help alliance, we are the Lufthansa Group's own aid organization and create a positive impact worldwide with our projects and volunteers. Support us in the financial sector:
You are a number cruncher and planning expert: In Controlling, you are responsible for planning and managing the entire budget and preparing forecasts for all cost items and incoming donations
You always maintain an overview of the interface between our donor database (salesforce) and SAP and ensure that donations are booked appropriately
You create monthly financial reports and report them to the management
You support compliance with legal, tax and accounting guidelines and check incoming invoices
You coordinate the audit and the annual financial statements in cooperation with our Shared Service Center

Ihr Profil

Degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling
Professional experience in controlling and initial professional experience with a comparable non-profit organization is desirable
Careful and independent way of working
Analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Very good SAP knowledge and experience with the CRM tool salesforce an advantage
Fluency in German and English
