YOUR TASKS

• Collecting requirements and translating them into process and tool descriptions
• Documenting of user needs, pain points, and desired outcomes
• Collecting and organizing data from various sources
• Summarizing information into actionable items
• Preparing reports and presentations for internal communication

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled student of business administration, business informatics or comparable
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both in written and spoken form
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
