Position: Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Juristen für allgemeine Handelsverträge, der unser Team in Frankfurt verstärkt. Diese Position bietet die einzigartige Möglichkeit, in einem dynamischen und flexiblen Arbeitsumfeld zu agieren und unsere Klienten in vielfältigen kommerziellen Rechtsangelegenheiten zu beraten.

Aufgaben

• Ausarbeitung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Handelsverträgen, einschließlich aber nicht beschränkt auf Kauf-, Dienstleistungs-, Liefer- und Vertriebsverträge.
• Beratung von Unternehmenskunden in allen Aspekten des Vertragsrechts und bei kommerziellen Transaktionen.
• Risikobewertung und Bereitstellung strategischer Lösungen zur Risikominimierung.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Beratern, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Geschäftsprozesse den geltenden Gesetzen und Vorschriften entsprechen.
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und Verfahren.

Qualifikationen

• Volljurist mit Zulassung in Deutschland.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Handelsrecht, idealerweise in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder einer Rechtsabteilung eines international tätigen Unternehmens.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit sowie zur effektiven Teamarbeit.
