Job description
We are currently looking for a Support Demand Planner (d/f/m) to join our team “Support & Solutions Planning” in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.
We are a young, dynamic, diverse and international team with people from 7 different countries. We try to always challenge the status quo and to continuously improve our business. Being data-driven and proactive is key for us. You will be responsible for managing and planning spares availability for our Product, Service and Support obligations and Satair US demand, covering all aircraft Programs worldwide.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Acting as the interface between Planning and diverse external organisations including Program Support, Controlling, Warehouse & Logistics, Procurement, and Sourcing
Translating validated material requirements resulting from the RSP (Request for Stock Planning) process into forecasts towards Operational Planning
Managing, monitoring and reporting of RSP inventory and availability, including escalation of overdue RSP material via Satair Procurement
Managing closure of RSPs and their corresponding inventory via scrapping, where appropriate
Supporting to projects allocated under the Demand Planning perimeter
Managing, monitoring and reporting of US demand supplied via Hamburg warehouse; Being the interface in case of supply disruptions and launch containment actions with the support of the responsible stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
Equipped with a Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics (or similar) paired with professional experience ideally as Supply Chain Demand Planner (or a comparable role), we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:
You have a solid understanding of supply chain management and the ability to analyse processes from a financial perspective
One of your passion is to work with a large scope of numbers to support best decision making and you have a solid experience of data analytics with first experiences of data analytic tools like palantir
You have first experience in a similar or technical environment, ideally within an After Sales or an Engineering environment
You have solid knowledge of MS Office, Google and SAP
Technical knowledge of aircraft and/or Engineering Data
Ability to act as a strong communicator and you are at ease presenting your finding to a senior management level
Ability to manage stakeholders in a project environment and you are able to get validation and buy-in
Language: English language skills at negotiation level
