Your prospective job:

For our client Airbus Operations you are acting as a Supply Officer Power on board (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:
Communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders (supply chain quality, contract managers, engineering, supply management production interfaces, logistic coordinators, program representatives, warehouse operators)
Forecasting activities
Placement and follow up of purchase orders
Support of New Parts Introduction with Multi Functional Team and support of operational action
Managing and monitoring of rework Purchase Order with the supplier and the strategic buffer to maintain the right level of coverage to protect Airbus production plants
Problem Solving on recurrent issues
Attendance to performance review meetings and dedicated meetings with suppliers
Attendance to internal team meetings
Reporting activities associated data analysis
Inventory management activities and contribution to improvement projects

Your profile

Completed studies as an industrial engineer, in business administration, in supply chain / logistics or a similar qualification
Completed vocational training as a wholesaler, foreign trade merchant, industrial merchant or equivalent qualification
First professional experience in purchasing, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
Good knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of MS-Office and Google Workspace
Knowledge of SAP PGI/PDA
Willingness to travel (bis zu 3-5 Mal im Jahr)
Proficient verbal and written English skills
Good knowledge of German spoken and written
