Your mission

• Researching potential customers in our CRM system Salesforce
• Contacting and exchanging information with potential customers
• You act as an interface between our marketing team and our sales team

What we are looking for

• Ongoing studies with a focus on business, communication or a comparable course of study
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English (at least B2)
• Initial experience in communicating with customers / external partners is an advantage
• Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working is required
• An open and communicative personality

Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Bei Scalefree bist du als Werkstudent mittendrin statt nur dabei und übernimmst Verantwortung als Werkstudent im Sales mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Lead Management. Du bist zuständig für die Kontaktaufnahme und den Austausch mit potenziellen Kunden und arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem Marketing und Sales Departments zusammen. Deine Aufgaben

• Recherche von potenziellen Kunden in unserem CRM-System Salesforce
• Kontaktaufnahme und Austausch mit potenziellen Kunden
• Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Marketing-Team und unserem Sales-Team

Das bringst Du mit

• Laufendes Studium mit einem Schwerpunkt in Wirtschaft, Kommunikation oder vergleichbarem Studiengang
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2)
• Erste Erfahrungen in der Kommunikation mit Kunden / externen Partnern sind von Vorteil
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise werden vorausgesetzt
• Eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
