Deine Aufgaben

• Konzeption und Implementierung von Salesforce Cloud-Lösungen
• Analyse bestehender CRM-Systeme
• IT-seitige Leitung von Teilprojekten im Salesforce-Umfeld
• Spezialisierung auf bestimmte Salesforce Cloud-Bereiche nach Präferenz und Projektlage
• Anpassung und Optimierung von Prozessen
• Umsetzungen der entwickelten Lösungen in der Salesforce Cloud
• Testbetreuung und Release-Management

Unsere Erwartungen

• Abschluss eines relevanten Studiums
• Praxiserfahrung im Aufbau und im Betrieb von CRM-Lösungen
• Salesforce Erfahrung sehr wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
• IT-Affinität und Know-How in Software as a Service, Datenbanken und CRM
• Gute Analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz und Teamgeist
• Langjährige Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sehr wünschenswert
• Zertifizierungen für die Salesforce Sales-, Service- und/oder Marketing Cloud sind ein Plus
• Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
