As a support employee for the Content Management System (m/f/d), you will ensure the smooth operation of the IT components used for the production of operational documentation.
Advising and supporting the specialist departments in the implementation of content in the documentation, including XML editing, support meetings and workshops
Planning and holding stakeholder meetings
Using a content management system to update the content of the operations manuals
Organizing development workshops and projects to improve the software
Monitoring operational procedures, standards and regulations and identifying weaknesses
Taking concrete measures to improve, analyze and further develop processes and procedures
Analyzing and evaluating new legal regulations

Ihr Profil

University degree in economics, (industrial) engineering, information technology or similar
Ideally experience with xml-based data processing
Technical understanding
Ability to work independently
