Your Tasks:
Management of material development projects
Assessment of materials, technologies and products
Validation of test procedures
Planning, coordination and evaluation of material tests
Creation/maintenance of material specifications
Crossfunctional communication in a matrix organization
Your Qualifications:
Degree: PhD or Master in Mechanical Engineering with focus on material science/ composite materials/ reiinforced plastics
Detailed knowledge in composite material characterization, especially fiber reinforced plastics
Project management skills are advantageous
Experience in specification of fiber reinforced plastics and its components
Experience in regards of sandwich material properties
Knowledge in composite material testing
Creation of specifications/reports/documents with high standards
Experience in rotor blade design/ production advantageous
Experience in assessment of technologies/ material/ supplier advantageous
Good communication skills in english and german
