Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung und Organisation von nationalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen wie Workshops, (Online-)Messen und Webinaren, inkl. Hotel- und Reiseplanung für die Teilnehmer/innen
• Betreuung des Empfangs unserer internen Workshop-Akademie inkl. Besucherempfang (z.B. Händler oder Workshopteilnehmer)
• Vor- und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Monitoring der internen Abläufe
• Allgemeine Büroorganisation im Bereich Marketing & Education: Zertifikate ausstellen, Posteingang und -ausgang, Telefonische Annahme von Anliegen
• Bereichsübergreifende Projektarbeiten und Unterstützung des joimax Assistenz-Teams

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Veranstaltungskaufmann (m/w/d), Hotelfachmann (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Büromanagement oder gleichwertige Qualifikationen
• Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten, Büroorganisation und Besucherbetreuung, idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Organisation von Veranstaltungen
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, Kenntnisse in „InDesign“ wären von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

• Planning and organising national and international events such as workshops, (online) trade fairs and webinars, including hotel and travel arrangements for participants
• Supervision of the reception of our internal workshop academy including visitor reception (e.g. dealers or workshop participants)
• Preparation and follow-up of workshops and monitoring of internal processes
• General office organisation in the Marketing & Education department: issuing certificates, incoming and outgoing mail, answering telephone enquiries
• Cross-divisional project work and support for the joimax assistance team

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an event manager (m/f/d), hotel specialist (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualifications
• Enjoy administrative tasks, office organisation and visitor support, ideally initial experience in organising events
• Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of "InDesign" would be an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
