Are you a skilled Java developer with leadership experience? We have an exciting role for you.
As a Java Tech Lead, you'll lead a team of developers to create innovative software solutions across various industries. You'll design and implement advanced systems using Java on popular cloud platforms. Plus, you'll mentor your team and provide technical guidance throughout the projects.
You'll also play a key role in developing our team and recruiting new talent. We're looking for someone with a strong background in backend development, experience with Java and related frameworks, and familiarity with cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring or Java EE
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and database management
• Fluency in English and German
• Previous leadership experience is required
