Als Unternehmen, das sich auf digitale End-to-End Produktentwicklung und Innovation spezialisiert hat, entwickelt die Audi Business Innovation neuartige Produkte und Plattformen, mit dem Ziel, Audi Kunden ein ganzheitliches digitales Fahrerlebnis und mehr bewusste Zeit im Auto zu ermöglichen.
Die Expertise erstreckt sich von Trend- und Marktanalysen über die Entwicklung digitaler, kundenzentrierter Services und Geschäftsmodelle bis hin zu deren Implementierung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.
Als Innovationsinkubator ist das Unternehmen Treiber der Entwicklung von zusätzlichen digitalen Angeboten rund um das Fahrzeug und darüber hinaus. Das Auto entwickelt sich vom reinen Fortbewegungsmittel immer mehr zum Experience Device. Parallel werden die Audi Fahrer_innen immer mehr zum User. Diesen Prozess treibt die Audi Business Innovation GmbH mit digitalen Services und Erlebnissen, die neu sind und den Audi Kunden in ihrem Lebensalltag unterstützen und inspirieren.

Die Praktikumsstelle ist in Vollzeit ab August 2024 für mindestens 6 Monate zu besetzen.

Was dich auf deiner Mission erwartet

• Direkter Einblick in die externe Unternehmenskommunikation
• Unterstützung bei der Konzeptionierung, Durchführung und Visualisierung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zur Positionierung des externen Auftritts der Audi Business Innovation
• Eigenständige Koordination des LinkedIn-Accounts des Unternehmens: Aktualisierung des Redaktionsplans, Erstellung und Abstimmung von Post-Inhalten mit den Fachabteilungen, Themenspotting, selbstständiges Einbringen von kreativen Ideen für Content-Formate
• Redaktionelle Arbeit (z.B. Social Media Posts, Statements, Artikel, Website-Inhalte)
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen zu diversen Kommunikationsthemen
• Erstellung von Präsentationen zur Ergebnisdarstellung für die Unternehmensführung und Audi Business Innovation Mitarbeiter_innen
• Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären, hochmotiviertem Corporate Communications Team
• Einblicke in die Zukunft der digitalen Automobilbranche während des transformativen Wandels

Was du mitbringst

• Du befindest dich in den letzten Zügen deines Studiums und hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Kommunikation, Redaktion oder Marketing
• Du hast ein Talent zum Texten und Storytelling und kommunizierst stilsicher und zielgruppengerecht
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Du denkst kundenzentriert und kannst klare Botschaften formulieren
• Netzwerken fällt dir leicht und du kannst deine Anliegen leicht in verschiedene Fachbereiche hinein kommunizieren
• Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word) und hast bereits Erfahrungen mit Visualisierungstools (z.B. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Du hast eine verantwortungsvolle, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kreativität, eine starke Selbstorganisation, sowie eine hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Du kennst dich bereits mit LinkedIn etwas aus und hast sogar ein eigenes Profil auf der Plattform

Your mission

• Direct insight into external corporate communications
• Support in the conception, implementation and visualization of communication measures to position the external presence of Audi Business Innovation
• Independent coordination of the company's LinkedIn account: updating the editorial plan, creating and coordinating post content with the specialist departments, topic spotting, independent contribution of creative ideas for content formats
• Editorial work (e.g. social media posts, statements, articles, website content)
• Cooperation with external agencies on various communication topics
• Preparation of presentations for the presentation of results for the company management and Audi Business Innovation Mitarbeiter_innen
• Cooperation in an interdisciplinary, highly motivated corporate communications team
• Insights into the future of digital automotive during transformative change

What you need to succeed

• You are in the final stages of your studies and already have your first practical experience in the field of communication, editing or marketing
• You have a talent for copywriting and storytelling and communicate stylishly and in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You think in a customer-centric way and can formulate clear messages
• Networking is easy for you and you can easily communicate your concerns to different departments
• You are confident in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and already have experience with visualization tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• You have a responsible, structured and independent way of working
• You have a strong creativity, strong self-organization, as well as a high level of teamwork and communication skills
• You already know something about LinkedIn and even have your own profile on the platform
