Implementation Manager (f/m/d)

Your Role
The Implementation Manager (IM) manages and oversees the planning and effective execution of all standard, technically complex and/or customized service solution implementation projects, in accordance with contractual service agreements, implementation timelines and internal Digital Realty standards.
The Implementation Manager makes sure that the service contract defined terms and conditions are met in the implementation phase. He oversees the Implementation process, keeps track of the time schedule and makes sure that all actions are documented in the internal systems. PMI manages the customer approvals and the internal handover from Implementation to Service Operations department.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or Electro-Technical education on the local Master or certified Technician level
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Senior engineer and/or Project Manager in an electro technical or industrial/mechanical environment
• Following experiences are an advantage: climate control systems, generator and chiller maintenance; fiber optic cabling / splicing; DC infrastructure maintenance
• Skilled in system implementation projects
• Fluent in German and English
