HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Exciting work
Administrate incoming requests and interact with hiring managers regarding hiring procedures and inform about process, actions and delivery time
Safeguard the approvals from Business Area Heads for external hiring
Process prolongations and changes in close interaction with hiring managers and suppliers
Steer the call-offs of the frame agreements with suppliers towards benchmark rates. Coordinate the negotiations (executed by suppliers)
Administrate call-offs, create purchase orders and maintain report data
Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the end to end process for all individual temporary externals
Being the Single Point of Contact for Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and all other relevant internal stakeholders
E.g., advising managers on contingent worker issues, feedback and assignment terminations
Steering, explaining and informing about the RMC process
Acting as the Single Point of Contact for suppliers of temporary resources
Actively participating in international team meetings

Ihre Qualifikationen

Your profile

A completed apprenticeship as a personnel services clerk (Personaldienstleistungskaufmann or Personaldienstleistungskauffrau) or possession of an equivalent qualification
Experience in the contingent workforce field (> 2 years)
Experience in stakeholder management
Structured, self-organized and goal-oriented way of working
Flexibility, reliability and an analytical mind
Basic knowledge in SAP or willingness to learn it
Fluent in English besides German
