Ihre Aufgaben

Betreuung des kompletten Recruitingprozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachabteilungen
Aktive Mitwirkung an der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen
Bearbeitung von HR-Projekten, wie Employer Branding, Training & Entwicklung
Beratung der Führungskräfte, u.a. zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Moderation von Mitarbeitergesprächen, Anwendung der Unternehmenswerte- und kultur
Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und anderen personalbezogenen Dokumenten
Verwaltung und Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten in unserem HR-System

Ihre Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich mit Schwerpunkt HR oder vergleichbar
Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalmanagement
Ideaerweise Fachkenntnisse in Arbeitsrecht und relevanten HR-Themen
Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und hohe soziale Kompetenz
Selbständige, gut organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Beherrschung des MS-Office-Pakets und hohe IT-Affinität
Fließende Englisch Kentnisse (alle täglichen Arbeiten sind in Englisch)

Your Tasks
Be the sparring partner for your business unit and provide direction for HR support in the areas of performance management, staffing, organizational design and organizational change in alignment with organizational objectives
Interpret and advise on human resources policies and procedures to ensure that employment laws, standards and regulations are followed and applied
Own the full recruitment cycle process within the company including screen, interview and close top-notch candidates
Collaboration with business leaders to interpret business needs and translation of business strategies into people and organizational priorities
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and apply RFA values and culture
Support the discussion with the business leadership teams in applying and aligning people and organizational priorities with organization vision and execution
Identification of gaps in the current team plan and programs to develop critical skills
Leverage data and HR acumen to influence action, support decision making and root cause assessments and support in the development of various HR documents
Your Qualifications
Bachelor or master study in human resources, business administration or related discipline
2+ years of experience in human resources roles, ideally in a technical environment
Empathy and demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with employees, supervision, and management
You can proof knowledge of German labor law, Swedish or Portuguese labor law is a plus
Ideally already experience in working in a startup environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work with sensitive and confidential materials
Highly-organized with strong attention to detail
Fluent English oral and written (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
Ability to think strategically and implement ideas/programs tactically.
Strong communication skills, capacity for teamwork and loyalty
