  • Strategic Advising: Serving as a trusted advisor to CxOs on HR matters that impact the organization's long-term success
  • Alignment with business goals: Collaborating with senior leadership to understand and support the company's strategic objectives
  • Talent Management: Developing and implementing global talent strategies, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning
  • Organizational Development: Identifying opportunities for organizational growth and effectiveness and driving initiatives to achieve these goals
  • Change Management: Assisting in managing organizational change and transformation efforts, including mergers and acquisitions
  • Employee Relations: Handling complex global HR issues, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Data Analytics: Utilizing HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and enhance workforce performance
  • Global Compliance: Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with international labor laws and regulations
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace
  • Global HR Programs: Overseeing the implementation of global HR programs, such as leadership development and training
  • Business economist with several years of professional experience in the HR department of an international company
  • Experience in a comparable company in the fields of employee support, recruiting as well as personnel and organizational development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the respective products and their HR requirements
  • Sound specialist knowledge of labour law, works constitution, social security and contract law
  • Experience in the implementation of HR projects
  • Confident demeanour and strong communication skills as well as strong intercultural experience and skills
  • Proactivity and a hands-on mentality
  • Very good knowledge of English
