You will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.

As UTTM Slot Planner you will:
Work close with S&OP and Sales to ensure material availability for UT projects
Work close with Project Management to fulfill the customer needs
Plan and schedules UT projects timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs
Define and constantly improve processes for Slot Planning and Scheduling
Work with Sales & Proposal managers to fill manufacturing slots for Product and Services, develop fulfillment plan that considers, resolves or mitigates constraints in material availability, capacity in production and project engineering
Develop and implement cross functional process to develop slot planning that considers all resources and ensures cross functional team uses one data truth, understand all cross functional dependencies
Calculate impact of schedule changes (caused by material or lack of personnel capacity) to ship dates and inventory
Calculate inventory impact of pre-releases
Participate and understand R3, project kick-offs and project pace meetings

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
Be able to speak fluent English and German
Basic understanding of SAP and MRP functionality
Salesforce (Deal as well as Power BI
Holds a Bachelor Degree in “Economic” (or equivalent) or/and has 3+ years´ experience in material management (projects preferred)
Knowledge in project business materials planning
