Your profile

Education: Completed technical or commercial training
Experience: Solid work experience is desirable
Knowledge: Previous experience in metal processing and machining, MS Office
Desirable: 8D method; automotive core tools (5-why, Ishikawa, FMEA, etc.), structured way of working, high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
Skills and abilities: careful and precise work, good knowledge of written and spoken German, knowledge of written and spoken English

Your tasks

• Management and documentation of complaints
• Monitoring and tracking of corrective actions
• Support for root cause analysis
• Communication with customers, suppliers and internal partners
• Initiate and lead CIP projects
• Moderation and control of the FMEA process
