Contract Manager (m/w/d)

For full-time and permanent employment (ID0348)

As the Project Manager, you will lead and manage medium to high-risk projects with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers. You will ensure integration, alignment, and successful delivery. In addition, you will be accountable for project outputs, schedule, scope, quality, cost, and risk management.
​
Your responsibilities:

• You will develop and oversee the entire contract lifecycle, which involves identifying and evaluating potential contractors, drafting, and negotiating contracts, and managing the execution and performance of contracts.
• You will be responsible for managing multiple contracts simultaneously. This includes prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and delegating tasks to team members.
• You will stay up to date on the latest changes to telecommunications laws and regulations, ensuring that all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• You will be responsible for managing risk and mitigating disputes by identifying and assessing potential risks.
• You will review and revise draft license agreements and additional documentation, including data protection agreements, against internal guidelines and policies.
• You will directly negotiate changes requested by customers concerning standard license agreements.
• You will be responsible for communicating, resolving deviations in drafts with internal stakeholders and assuring the accuracy and appropriateness of contract documentation and attachments.
• You will work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with financial and risk requirements, such as revenue recognition and company processes and procedures.
• You will build and maintain a positive relationship with the contractor and communicate effectively with the contractor team.

Your profile

• Proficient in comprehending and analysing intricate contracts, along with an understanding of their financial and technical implications. Familiarity with contract management software is advantageous.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law, coupled with an understanding of pertinent telecommunication laws and regulations.
• Capable of establishing and nurturing positive relationships with vendors, internal teams, and various stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking regarding the entire contract lifecycle, demonstrating the ability to identify and minimize risks whilst optimizing value.
• Skilled in identifying and evaluating risks, as well as formulating and executing mitigation strategies.
• Competent in monitoring and reporting on expenditures, as well as adeptly managing changes to the budget.
• Proficient in handling change requests and amendments to contracts.
• Capacity to concurrently manage multiple contracts and meet stipulated deadlines.
• Effective communication skills when interacting with vendors, internal stakeholders, and other involved parties.
