The Sales Development Team is part of IONOS B2B Cloud Marketing and supports new and existing customers as well as prospects with all questions regarding the IONOS CLOUD. As a Working Student in Sales Development, you will support our Sales Developers in the team and colleagues across our DACH sales organization. You will work independently, focusing on customer and lead interaction - from acquisition, potential identification, contact, and qualification, through to onboarding and further development of IONOS CLOUD customers.

Tasks

Provide independent telephone consulting and pre-qualification for customers and prospects regarding the application possibilities of our B2B cloud solutions, aiming to inspire companies for our services.
Communicate via phone, email, web chat, video conferences, personal meetings, and events with customers and colleagues.
Document, maintain, and evaluate sales KPIs using CRM and other web-based systems.

Qualifications

Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
Initial practical experience in sales and/or IT (e.g. through previous internships) is a plus.
Enthusiasm for active phone outreach and strong communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to different discussion partners and accurately identify their needs.
Enjoy working in a diverse team, highly interested in IT, and eager to learn new concepts.
Fluent in German (written and spoken); English language skills are an advantage.
