HSE Advisor (m/w/d)

IHR PROFIL

Recognized HSE qualification (e.g. Fachkraft fürArbeitssicherheit, NEBOSH)
Qualification as “SiGeKo” according to “Baustellenverordnung(BaustellV)”
Experience within offshore wind or complex construction projectsinvolving multi-contractor interfaces
Experience auditing and monitoring Contractors on complexmulti‑contractor projects
Effective communication, influencing and reporting skills, withproven ability to challenge constructively and maintain independence
Ability to manage and engage with internal and externalstakeholders, fostering constructive collaboration
Knowledge of German HSE legislation and environmental requirements
Excellent written and spoken English skills, good German skills
Full GWO Basic Training and GWO Enhanced First Aid
HUET incl. EBS training
Nogepa, AWMF or OEUK Medical including Fitness Test
Full driving license
Proactive, confident communicator with a collaborative mindset,able to build strong relationships while maintaining independentassurance
Able to balance assurance, coaching and support roles withoutcompromising independence or clarity of Contractor responsibilities
Strong ethical approach and commitment to continuous improvement
Able to adapt to changing site conditions (including offshore andmarine environments), shifting priorities and multiple stakeholderexpectations
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor qualification (desirable)
Root cause analysis training (e.g. Taproot, Tripod, KelvinTOP‑SET) (desirable)

IHRE AUFGABEN

The HSE Advisor ensures project-level implementation of legalrequirements, company-wide governance, reporting and WeCare standards
The HSE Advisor will act as the Representative in dedicated workpackages during the preparation and construction phases of the NSC BOffshore windfarm project. Occasionally offshore presence duringinstallation
The role will make sure that HSE requirements are implementedwithin the packages, verify that Contractors and Subcontractors plan,coordinate and execute their activities safely, in accordance withapplicable legislation and project HSE requirements
Participation in meetings, HSE initiatives, HIRA sessions
Timely review of HSE documentation
Timely reporting of incidents and HSE KPIs
HSE contributions to method statement and permit to work reviewsfor high risk tasks
Timely notification, support and documentation for incidentreporting, investigations and root cause analyses, includingrecommendations and lessons learned
When offshore or at sites documented HSE walkdown and auditfindings, with follow up verification
