- End-to-End-Steuerung von Performance-Marketing-Budgets und Ergebnissen (Pacing, Skalierung vs. Effizienz, Forecasting) inkl. Verantwortung für Budget, CPA/ROAS/CAC im zweistelligen Millionenbereich
- Aufbau und Betrieb eines hypothesengetriebenen Test-Frameworks (Creative, Audience, Offer, LP, Bidding) mit klarer Testlogik, Dokumentation und Playbook-Standardisierung
- KI-gestützte Media-Optimierung und Automatisierung (z.B. generative Creatives, Predictive Signals, Anomalieerkennung, Bid-/Auction-Insights) und Übersetzung in operative Maßnahmen
- Technische Sicherstellung von Tracking & Attribution (Pixel/SDK/Server-Side/CAPI, Event-Qualität, Deduplication, Naming/UTM) inkl. Troubleshooting und Incrementality-Analysen
- Cross-funktionales Stakeholder-Management (Brand, Sales, Data/BI, Legal/Compliance, Einkauf) inkl. Compliance-sicherer Kampagnenumsetzung, Reporting-Narrativ und Risikotransparenz
- Nachweisbare Media-Buying-Erfahrung mit Jahres-/Portfolio-Budgets > 5 Mio. € inkl. skalierter Performance-Steuerung (CPA/ROAS/CAC, Forecasts, Budget-Shifts)
- Tiefe Praxis im Social- & Native-Buying (z.B. Meta, YouTube, Google Discover, Taboola, Teads, idealerweise TikTok/LinkedIn/Baidu) inkl. channel-spezifischer Struktur- und Bidding-Strategien
- Ausgeprägtes KI-/ML-Verständnis im Marketing (Modelle, Features, Trainingsdaten, Bias/Drift, Prompt-Engineering, Experiment-Design) und sicherer Einsatz von KI-Tools für Creatives, Analyse, Automatisierung inkl. Governance
- Starkes technisches Fundament in Measurement & MarTech (Adobe Analytics/BI, Server-Side-Tracking, Consent, Attribution, Incrementality) und strukturierte Fehlerdiagnose
- 50 % Reisebereitschaft und souveräne Kommunikation in anspruchsvollen Stakeholder-Runden mit klarer Priorisierung nach Business-Impact und belastbarem Erwartungsmanagement
