Drive the further development and execution of the global leadership strategy aligned with the BSH Strategy and our cultural target picture
Design, implement, and continuously improve leadership development programs and frameworks hand in hand with the learning team
Support the systematic rollout of global leadership development programs and learning journeys across functions and regions
Act as a strategic partner for stakeholders on leadership capability building within GHR (e.g. talent management) and business
Ensure consistent high-quality standards and change management for global implementation
