Description

We are looking to hire (ideally by June 1, 2026) an ambitious and entrepreneurially minded Business Development Manager - Pharma Partnerships (f/m/d) based in Berlin. In this role, you will actively build new business relationships with pharmaceutical companies.
This role is ideal for you if you combine a scientific background with initial consulting experience and are eager to create real entrepreneurial impact in a fast-growing health tech startup - working directly with our management team.

Your mission
  • Research and identify potential pharma partners (focus on dermatology) and build a qualified pipeline.
  • Support the development of compelling consulting proposals for pharmaceutical decision-makers - from needs assessment and pitch presentation through to deal closing.
  • Actively contribute to the delivery of initial consulting projects and ensure excellent project quality.
  • Systematically maintain and expand our CRM (HubSpot) and track the progress of our sales activities in a KPI-driven manner.
  • Work closely with our CEO and clinical team to evolve pharma partnerships from initial projects into long-term collaborations.
Your profile
  • You hold a degree in medicine, biology, pharmacy, or natural sciences with excellent academic results. Ideally, you hold a PhD.
  • You bring 1-3 years of professional experience in management consulting (ideally with a life sciences / pharma focus).
  • You have a solid understanding of big pharma decision-making processes and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels.
  • You have initial experience in structuring and delivering consulting projects.
  • You are passionate about entrepreneurship, love to sell, and are eager to take on responsibility in a startup environment, building things from the ground up.
  • You are characterized by a strong hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
  • You are willing to work in the Greater Berlin area (relocation required if not already based there).
