To join our team in Berlin, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Training Manager (m/f/x). The position is a permanent, part-time role (max. 32 hours per week) starting on 1 June 2026.

Your responsibilities:

As a member of our Training Department, you will be responsible for organising and coordination our training courses. The range of topics and tasks covered includes, amongst others:

Planning, coordination and follow-up of training projects in Germany and worldwide
Customer support and advice via telephone and e-mail
Handling communication and coordination with instructors and service providers
Participant administration and management
Supervision and coordination of training courses, especially on site in Berlin
Preparation of offers for international training projects
Project progress monitoring
Invoice audits / invoice controlling
Ensuring compliance with quality standards in all projects

Your profile

Enthusiasm and a reliable, structured and independent way of working
Open and friendly personality
Ability to work in a team and organisational talent
Practical experience in customer / project management
Very good communication skills in English and German, other languages are desirable (preferably Italian)
Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Teams and Sharepoint
Completed commercial or comparable training
Living in the Berlin area
