Als (Senior) Accountant (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Finance-Team und trägst maßgeblich zu einer verlässlichen und transparenten Finanzberichterstattung bei. Du verantwortest Abschlüsse, unterstützt bei der Konzernkonsolidierung und arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Accounting- und Reporting-Strukturen. Dabei gestaltest du moderne, effiziente Finanzprozesse in einem dynamischen und wachstumsorientierten Unternehmensumfeld.

In deiner Rolle als (Senior) Accountant (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen und wirkst aktiv an der Konzernkonsolidierung einschließlich Intercompany-Abstimmungen mit. Zusätzlich übernimmst du die laufende Buchhaltung und bist für das ordnungsgemäße Buchen sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle verantwortlich. Dabei behältst du die finanzielle Entwicklung des Unternehmens im Blick und stellst eine verlässliche und transparente Berichterstattung sicher.

Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei der Erstellung von Reportings für Geschäftsführung und Investoren und bringst dich in die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Accounting- und Reporting-Strukturen ein. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt dabei auf der Optimierung und Automatisierung bestehender Finanzprozesse sowie auf der Weiterentwicklung unseres Konsolidierungs- und Reporting-Tools LucaNet.

Ein wesentlicher Teil deiner initialen Tätigkeit liegt in der Einführung des ERP-Systems. Du begleitest die Implementierung, unterstützt bei der Integration neuer Systemstrukturen in bestehende Accounting-Prozesse und trägst so maßgeblich zum erfolgreichen Go-live bei. Darüber hinaus bringst du dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Finanzprozesse ein.

Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen, fungierst als Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater und unterstützt bei Projekten im Kontext von M&A sowie bei der Integration neuer Gesellschaften in unsere Konzernstruktur.

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/ Finanzen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Darüber hinaus bringst du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting mit, idealerweise in einem wachstumsstarken oder Private-Equity-geführten Unternehmen. Erfahrungen in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder in der Beratung sind hierbei von Vorteil.

Du verfügst über fundierte Buchhaltungskenntnisse nach HGB sowie idealerweise über gute Kenntnisse in IFRS. Zudem bringst du nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Konzernkonsolidierung mit und arbeitest sicher mit dem Konsolidierungs- und Reporting-Tool LucaNet. Auch der routinierte Umgang mit einem ERP-System gehört zu deinem Arbeitsalltag. Idealerweise hast du zusätzlich am Aufbau und der Professionalisierung moderner Accounting-Strukturen mitgewirkt.

Eine zusätzliche Qualifikation, beispielsweise als Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK), ein Steuerberaterexamen oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung, ist von Vorteil. Zudem überzeugst du durch eine strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen, wachstumsorientierten Umfeld wohl. Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, runden dein Profil ab.

As a (Senior) Accountant (m/f/d), you will take on a key role within our finance team and make a significant contribution to reliable and transparent financial reporting. You will be responsible for financial statements, support group consolidation, and actively contribute to the further development of our accounting and reporting structures. In doing so, you will help shape modern, efficient financial processes within a dynamic and growth-oriented business environment.

In your role as a (Senior) Accountant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and actively contribute to group consolidation, including intercompany reconciliations. In addition, you will handle day-to-day accounting and ensure the proper recording of all business transactions. You will keep a close eye on the company’s financial performance and ensure reliable and transparent reporting.

Furthermore, you will support the preparation of reports for management and investors and contribute to the continuous development of our accounting and reporting structures. A particular focus will be on optimizing and automating existing financial processes, as well as further developing our consolidation and reporting tool LucaNet.

A key part of your initial responsibilities will be the introduction of a new ERP system. You will support the implementation, assist with integrating new system structures into existing accounting processes, and play a major role in ensuring a successful go-live. In addition, you will actively contribute to the ongoing improvement and optimization of financial processes.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, act as a point of contact for auditors and tax advisors, and support projects in the context of M&A as well as the integration of new entities into our group structure.

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting/Finance or have a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally within a high-growth or private equity-backed company. Experience in an auditing firm or consulting environment is considered a plus.

You possess strong knowledge of accounting standards under German GAAP (HGB) and ideally have a good understanding of IFRS. You also have proven experience in group consolidation and are confident in working with consolidation and reporting tools such as LucaNet. The routine use of an ERP system is part of your daily work. Ideally, you have also contributed to building and professionalizing modern accounting structures.

An additional qualification, such as a certified accountant (IHK), a tax advisor qualification, or a comparable certification, is an advantage. You stand out through a structured, analytical, and self-driven way of working, combined with a strong hands-on mentality, and you feel comfortable in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, complete your profile.
