Job Description

Conduct technical reviews of test reports, inspection reports, factory audit reports, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with conformity regulations and company policies.
Select and coordinate factory audit teams for Type 3 or Type 5 sales programs in accordance with ISO/IEC 17067 and other conformity assessment programs, making certification decisions based on review results.
Manage pre-shipment inspections, issue certificates (e.g., CoC, CoI, TIR), and upload required documents to the secure shipping platform.
Coordinate with customers to gather necessary documentation for Certificate of Conformity issuance, address technical inquiries, and relay feedback to improve service quality.
Process applications for Conformity Assessment Programs, assign technical officers based on product categories, and ensure compliance with qualification matrix requirements.Initially a two-year fixed-term contract.

Experience und Further Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a MINT field (e.g., Natural Sciences, Engineering, or related disciplines).
Proficient in MS Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English (C1 level) and German (B2 level) for effective communication.
Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex technical information.
