Service Technician (m/f/d)

Full-time, Permanent Employment (Reference Number SV-03).

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) with a strong customer focus and hands-on mentality. In this versatile key position, you will report to the service manager and work closely with all departments.

Your challenge - versatile, responsible, close to the customer

In close cooperation with your colleagues, you will take on an important role in day-to-day operations as well as in the establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships:

Collaboration in the service team in compliance with GMP
Coordination and cost-conscious processing of service orders in the project team
Contact with our internationally active customers, also proactively, to create a relationship of trust with added value for the customer
Scheduling with customers
Installation, commissioning and training at the customer’s site or remotely
Go-live support, training and support (e.g. hotline) at the customer’s site or remotely
On-site maintenance and service according to the maintenance plan in close coordination with the customer
Resolving faults on-site or remotely and processing service tickets
Establishment and intensification of business relationships with existing customers
Creation and maintenance of documentation (IBN, IQ/OQ, maintenance plans, etc.)

Your profile

Education or experience in an electrical or mechanical profession
Experience in project customer management is an advantage
Craftsmanship
Willingness to travel, also internationally
Independent and binding way of working
Reliable and thinking outside the box
Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn
German and English, both written and spoken
