We are seeking a talented Junior Web Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our enterprise collaboration platform. You will work on building and improving features across both our client-facing web application and administrative web platform.

What you’ll do

Feature Development

Develop new features and improvements across both client and admin web interfaces
Build user-friendly components and interfaces that are intuitive and accessible
Implement features that enhance user capabilities and platform functionality

User Experience Enhancement

Create and improve user interfaces that provide seamless user experiences
Develop user guidance and documentation to help users understand platform capabilities
Build feedback systems and notifications to keep users informed

Integration & Support

Integrate features with existing platform functionality
Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth communication between frontend and server
Troubleshoot and fix bugs reported by users or discovered during testing

Testing & Quality

Write tests to ensure features work correctly
Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards
Test new features across different scenarios to ensure reliability

What you‘ll bring

Basic to intermediate proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
Familiarity with React and modern web development practices
Understanding of web application architecture and component-based design
Ability to write clean, maintainable code
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

Experience with Redux or other state management libraries
Familiarity with React Query for data fetching and state management
Knowledge of web socket technology for real-time communication
Familiarity with web workers for background processing
Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices
Knowledge of security best practices in web applications
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration
Experience with version control systems (Git)
