Deine Aufgaben

Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu erstklassigen VCs, CVCs, Angel-Investoren und Family Offices in Europa und weltweit
Entwicklung von Investor Intelligence (Thesen, Phasen, Ticketgrößen, Schwerpunktbereiche) und Pflege unserer CRM/Datenbank
Identifizierung vielversprechender Start-ups aus unseren jährlich über 800 Start-up
Unterstützung von Start-ups bei der Vorbereitung von Fundraising-Maßnahmen (Investorenansprache, Materialien, Prozessstruktur, Outreach) und Vermittlung hochwertiger Investoren
Konzeption und Validierung neuer Dienstleistungsangebote für die Investorengemeinschaft über den Deal Flow hinaus (Portfolio-Support, globaler Marktzugang, strategische Einführungen)
Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von investor- und start-up-bezogenen Formaten

Dein Profil

Derzeit gültiger Studentenstatus, der ein 4- bis 6-monatiges Praktikum in Deutschland ermöglicht.
Starkes Interesse an Risikokapital, Fundraising und der Entwicklung von Start-ups.
Einfühlsame Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Freude am Aufbau von Beziehungen und an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
Starkes Interesse und praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau von KI-gestützten Workflows zum Crawlen,
Anreichern und Strukturieren von Ökosystemdaten aus verschiedenen Quellen (z. B. Airtable, Zapier/Make, CRM-Tools und moderne KI-Tools).
Strukturiert, aber vor allem proaktiv - Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und treiben Dinge voran
Erfahrung mit VCs, Accelerators oder Start-ups ist ein großes Plus
Erfahrung mit Zapier, Airtable, n8n oder anderen Tools zur Automatisierung von KI-Workflows
Flüssiges Englisch (Deutsch ist ein Plus)

Your mission

Building and maintaining relationships with top-tier VCs, CVCs, Angels and family offices across Europe and globally
Developing investor intelligence (theses, stages, ticket sizes, focus areas) and maintaining our CRM/database
Identifying high-potential startup outliers from our 800+ startups annually
Supporting startups in fundraising preparation (investor targeting, materials, process structure, outreach) and facilitating high-quality investor introductions
Ideating and validating new service offering to the investor community beyond deal flow (portfolio support, global market access, strategic intros)
Support on preparing and executing investor- and startup-related formats

Your profile

Currently holding valid student status allowing for an internship for 4 - 6 month in Germany
Strong interest in venture capital, fundraising, and the startup journey
Empathic communicator who enjoys building relationships and working with internal and external stakeholders
Strong interest and practical experience in building AI-powered workflows to crawl, enrich and structure ecosystem data across sources (e.g., Airtable, Zapier/Make, CRM tools, and modern AI tooling)
Structured, but most important: proactive - you like taking ownership and moving things forward
Experience with VCs, accelerators, or startup roles is a strong plus
Experience with Zapier, Airtable, n8n or other AI-workflow automation tools
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
