Requirements

Solid training as a wellness therapist or similar qualification
Passion for the profession and an independent work ethic
Enjoyment of working with guests and excellent customer service skills
Excellent German skills are required; good foreign language skills are an advantage
Precise, team-oriented work style at a high level
Resilience - even under heavy workloads
Good health
Flexibility in your working hours (commitment and willingness to work shifts, Sundays, and public holidays)
Thoroughness, cleanliness, reliability, and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you
Willingness to participate in further training
