Assist and support existing users with marketing automation tools
Assist new users with onboarding and provide learning materials
Ensure quality of marketing automation assets and conduct final checks for website forms, emails, and automation processes
Manage and engage the internal marketing automation community
Manage internal meetings including slide preparation, invitation management, agenda setting, follow-up communication
Export, visualize, and present data from the marketing automation system
Share insights and best practices within the company and monitor and support improvement of data quality, including email validation

Education:

Current enrollment in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field

Knowledge and Experience:

Previous experience in marketing, sales, operations, or community management is a plus

Language skills:

Fluent business english
German is an advantage

Other competencies:

Knowledge of marketing automation tools is beneficial
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong data visualization and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
Strong organizational and project management skills
