Your role in our team:

Disciplinary and technical management of the team, including responsibility for resources, budget, and results, as well as strategic development of the area of responsibility
Development, implementation, and optimization of training programs, training standards, and qualification concepts for internal and external partners
Definition, control, and monitoring of training needs, including resource planning and the development and application of globally applicable KPIs
Monitoring of training utilization and qualification development, as well as responsibility for planning, budgeting, and KPI-based reporting of training activities
Establishment, maintenance, and further development of an internal and external network of experts to support training development
Responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and safe operation of learning facilities and training resources, in compliance with all relevant safety and contractual requirements

Profile:

Degree in agricultural economics, business administration, education, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience, ideally in the areas of training, HR development, or project management; technical understanding is an advantage
Initial management and leadership skills are welcome
Experience in project management and in managing complex training or development projects
Strong personality with excellent decision-making and assertiveness skills
Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation skills
Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively at all hierarchical levels
