International Social Media Community Manager:in (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate the social media channels of our clients
- Respond to comments and direct messages in both English and German
- Actively engage with communities, identifying relevant topics and forwarding them to the team
- Spot trends, sentiments, and recurring questions within the community
- Assist with maintaining and developing the social media presence of our clients
What You‘ll bring tot he Table
- Fluent in English and very good command of German (written and spoken)
- Any additional foreign language is a big plus
- Self-motivated, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong sense of tone, target groups, and digital communication
- Experience in social media management is an advantage, but interest, motivation, and willingness to learn are equally welcome, even without professional experience
- The ability to work independently with plenty of room for creativity and initiative
- An open, collegial agency environment with short communication paths and flat hierarchies
- Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely
- Exciting insights into various clients, industries, and social media projects
