Your Duties
  • You provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner team by coordinating appointments, meetings, agendas
  • You coordinate central HR processes including performance appraisals, promotions, bonus processes, recruitment activities
  • You manage recruitment and trainee programs, internships and student programs
  • You organize learning and development activities by booking training courses and coordinating with external training providers
  • You manage personnel administration by archiving personnel files, preparing HR correspondence, supporting sickness and absence management and collaborating with the medical HR representative
  • You create reports and dashboards on HR key figures such as absences, working hours, training, skills and succession planning
Your Profile
  • You have a secondary school diploma or a degree with a focus on human resources, personnel management, HR, business administration, psychology and additional HR training or certification is an advantage
  • Ideally you have some initial experience in HR, but this is not a prerequisite
  • You have good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • You have excellent written and spoken English skills
