  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Marketing
  • Three or more years Experience in Strategic / Operative Pricing and Project Management is required, background in Pricing Consultancy is a plus
  • International project experience and management of cross-country topics
  • Analytical mindset, self-organized with understanding of pricing undamp; margin optimization
  • Excellent presentation skills and collaborative team player - Identify revenue and margin optimization opportunities in Customer Service offerings
  • Manage and coordinate cross-country pricing initiatives from development to implementation
  • Lead the rollout of Global Pricing and Commercial Concepts across various countries
  • Act as a sparring partner for regional teams on growth strategies and pricing concepts
  • Promote international knowledge exchange and ensure alignment with global best practices - Remuneration according to the collective agreement of IG Metall (30 days vacation, additional payments)
