Your mission

As an HR Manager (m/f/d), you will play an important role in supporting the Human Resources department for our German locations. You will ensure that our HR processes are up to date and implemented effectively. With your expertise, you will make a significant contribution to the strategic and operational success of the company's overall strategy. By planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies and practices, you will strengthen the company's human resources and thus actively contribute to a positive corporate culture.
Your tasks:

  • Responsible for the correct administrative implementation of HR measures across our locations
  • Implementation of guidelines for administrative HR issues in line with the corporate strategy and support in implementation
  • Supporting our colleagues in labor law issues and all HR processes
  • Working with colleagues to carry out preparatory payroll accounting and acting as an interface to the tax advisor.
  • Working closely with the recruitment team to support the recruitment of talent
Your profile
  • Completed degree or training with a focus on human resources/labor law
  • Extensive experience (at least 4 years) in an HR role such as HR manager, HR specialist, or similar
  • Relevant experience in payroll processing
  • Experience in working with HR systems (e.g., Personio), particularly in administrative functions, and in setting up the system for new countries
  • In-depth knowledge of German labor law
  • Experience in the successful implementation of HR projects
  • Fluent language skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in working with authorities and insurance companies
