Du verstehst Anforderungen von Kunden und Entwicklerteam und dir ist klar, dass jedes Projekt ein wenig anders ist.
Du behältst immer einen kühlen Kopf und sorgst dafür, dass dein Projekt wirtschaftlich und reibungslos läuft.
Du lernst unsere Software-Lösungen, Produkte und die Produktpalette diverser CMS Hersteller schnell kennen und verstehen und identifizierst Dich mit ihnen.
Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen in der Koordination und Steuerung von Projektteams sammeln und packst bei Konfiguration, Dokumentation und beim Testing auch mal selbst mit an.
Du bist für unsere Entwickler und Kunden eine gefragte Wissensquelle, begeisterter Sparringspartner und Ideengeber zugleich.

Deine Skills

Ein guter Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Medientechnologie. Oder Du hast eine vergleichbare Ausbildung absolviert.
Du kennst und nutzt die üblichen Tools wie Jira, Confluence, Redmine, MS Teams, Slack, Office365 aber hast auch Erfahrungen im Einsatz von KI-Lösungen an Stellen wo es echten Mehrwert schafft.
Know-How im Anforderungsmanagement für Standard- oder Individual-Software
Logisches Denken, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Mind. 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Web-Anwendungen vorteilhaft
Du bist mit agilen Test- und Qualitätsmanagement-Verfahren, Methodiken und Standards vertraut.
Natürlicher Umgang mit Medien aller Art (Digital/Mobile/Social/TV usw.)
Deutsch gut in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse, fließend TEAM

Your mission

You understand the requirements of both customers and development teams, and you know that every project is slightly different.
You always keep a cool head and ensure that your projects run smoothly and remain economically sound.
You quickly get to know and understand our self-organized software solutions, products, and the product portfolios of various CMS providers, and you identify with them.
You already have experience coordinating and managing project teams and are willing to get hands-on with configuration, documentation, and testing when needed.
You are a valued source of knowledge for our developers and customers, as well as an enthusiastic sparring partner and idea generator.

Your skills

You have a strong academic background in business informatics, computer science, or media technology, or you have completed a comparable qualification.
You are familiar with and use common tools such as Jira, Confluence, Redmine, MS Teams, Slack, and Office 365, and you also have experience using AI solutions where they create real value.
You have solid know-how in requirements management for standard or custom software.
You think logically and work in a careful, structured, and reliable way.
You have at least 5-7 years of professional experience in project management or similar roles.
Experience in web application development is a plus.
You are familiar with agile testing and quality management methods, methodologies, and standards.
You have a natural affinity for all types of media (digital, mobile, social, TV, etc.).
You have strong German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills, and you work fluently in a team.
