Your responsibilities
As Key Account Manager Hotel Business Poland, you are responsible for the acquisition and management of regional hotel providers for the Polish market. Your years of account management experience enable you to maintain national and international customer relationships in a structured and analytical way. Your background in hospitality or tourism supports you in acquiring new potential partners specifically for the Polish market. You will also handle content maintenance and promotional activity planning for your accounts.
Your responsibilities in detail
- Strategic and operational management of Polish hospitality key accounts
- Acquisition of new customers (Hotel chains and individual hotels) , including presentation, negotiation, and contract conclusion in the hospitality/leisure sector for the Polish market
- Scaling of customers to our international source markets
- Content maintenance in our internal CMS
- Planning and creation of customer campaigns
- Market and customer analyses for the Polish market
- Strategy implementation including success monitoring
- Documentation of sales activities and CRM maintenance
- Several years of experience in hospitality key account management
- Proven negotiation skills and strong motivation for new customer acquisition
- Additional experience in purchasing (hotels or OTAs)
- Deep industry knowledge in leisure hospitality
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style
- Commitment, initiative, resilience, and flexibility
- Excellent teamwork and coordination skills
- Good understanding of technical and business contexts
- Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written); other languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel
