Your Tasks

Lead and execute audits in the areas of Insurance Business & Operations, with a strong focus on international entities within the Group
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems across the Group in accordance with IIA standards
Analyse complex processes related to product development, underwriting, claims handling, human resources and other areas
Advise audited departments and follow up on the implementation of recommendations and action plans
Contribute to the advancement of innovative audit methods, including the use of data analytics and AI
Work closely with decision-makers, including board members and senior executives
Collaborate with international colleagues and participate in regular business travel abroad

Your Profile

Degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, or a related field
CIA or a similar certification is a plus
Several years of professional experience in audit, ideally with a focus on insurance operations and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
International mindset, openness to new perspectives, and willingness to travel
Ability to manage stakeholders effectively across various levels
Excellent communication skills in English; German or other language skills are an advantage
