As part of our Commercial Solutions team, you will work across Lufthansa Group and with international clients on cutting-edge projects that bridge business needs and IT capabilities, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions and digital product development in different fields of aviation.

Lead or contribute to management consultancy projects where knowledge on digital commercial solutions, AI applications, and mobile technologies adds strategic value
Translate business needs into IT requirements and support implementation for internal and external stakeholders
Apply expertise in business requirement engineering to collaborate with client and solution provider to design scalable, user-centric solutions
Lead or participate in consultancy service development projects related to digital solutions such as payment, ancillary revenue optimization as well as outside your own field of expertise
Consult and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support proposal preparation and client pitches
Actively develop and improve tailored consultancy solutions to serve customers and market needs

University degree e.g. in economics, computer science, engineering
Experience in Consulting business with strong methodological know-how and first experience in leadership and in leading (international) project teams
Proven strategy consulting experience, with the versatility to work on both digital transformation initiatives and non-IT strategic projects, ideally in the aviation or travel industry
Manage projects using agile methodologies, ensuring iterative delivery, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement
Strong understanding of business-IT interfaces and requirement engineering with ability to translate complex business requirements into digital concepts
Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
