YOUR MISSION

  • Initial contact, nurturing, and qualification of leads up to handover - working closely with the CEO
  • Further development of our sales processes and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales workflow
  • Support in preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and sales materials
  • Managing and keeping our CRM (HubSpot), pipeline, and forecasts up to date
  • Regular outreach to existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and the Sales team
  • Implementation of automation workflows to increase efficiency across the sales organization
  • Preparation for trade shows, webinars, and other events, including research, scheduling appointments, and follow-up on generated leads
  • Managing and optimizing the CEO’s LinkedIn profile
YOUR PROFILE
  • Several years of experience in Inside Sales or Pre-Sales, ideally in a B2B environment and preferably with a SaaS focus
  • Confident use of CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn for sales activities, outbound campaigns, and content creation
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate data, support lead scoring, and create meaningful reports
  • A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoyment in collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success - and the willingness to contribute your own ideas
  • Excellent German and English skills
