We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer (d/f/m) who thrives in a fast-moving environment with limited resources. You enjoy the challenge of turning constraints into creativity - finding elegant, pragmatic solutions that move us forward today while staying aligned with the long-term vision. You move quickly from concept to delivery and find energy in solving complex problems with wit, focus, and adaptability.

Experience:

3+ years of UX/UI experience designing for web-based applications or platforms
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to handle ambiguity and identify the most valuable 20% of a solution, with team guidance
Experience using and contributing to design systems
A portfolio that showcases a thorough, solution-oriented approach: understanding the problem space, exploring options, explaining the chosen direction, and demonstrating how success was measured.
Experience in SaaS, MedTech, or HealthTech is a plus

Skills

Experience in Figma and prototyping
Experience with usability testing and basic user research
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React)
Strong communication skills in German and English (B2 or equivalent)
