Job Title: Office Manager / Backoffice Support
The job will be a part-time position or student job based in the Windsy office in Kiel, Schleswig-Holstein.

Reporting Line
Line Managed by and accountable to the Managing Director of the Company.

Job Purpose
The purpose of the Office Manager is to support the efficient day-to-day running of the business and office. The role will require the management and assistance of support staff and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly closing support with internal accounting system (Simus):
  • Project & Invoicing Support:
  • Purchase & Payment Oversight:
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Payroll & Year-End Support:
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Employee & Administrative Support:
Requirements
  • Flexibility and motivation to tackle new challenges
  • Initial understanding of accounting and financial processes
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a part-time setup
  • German and English communication skills
