Job Description

PolyTALENT is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in the field of Executive Search & Headhunting.

The role focuses on establishing and expanding the business in the UAE: winning new clients, developing long-term partnerships, building and leading a team, and positioning the company as a trusted Executive Search partner. The partner supports companies in the UAE by recruiting highly qualified professionals and executives from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and sustainable growth of the UAE customer portfolio
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for recruitment and executive search services
  • Manage the sales pipeline including forecasting, KPIs, and target achievement
  • Build, lead, and coach a business development team
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment specialists to ensure fast and accurate placements
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms in Dubai/GCC
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

Profile

Must-haves
  • Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience (B2B)
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with strong C-level deal closing
  • English C1 - written & spoken
  • German B1 - written & spoken
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a UAE driving license promptly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and drive to establish a strong market presence in the UAE

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with success-based business models in professional services
  • Existing network in the UAE or GCC region
  • Experience in Recruitment / Headhunting area
  • Existing, valid UAE work visa
