Sales Manager / Technical Sales (m/f/d)

We are looking for energetic and technically skilled Sales Managers (m/f/d) to join our sales team as soon as possible. You are enthusiastic about developing and implementing IoT projects, have a strong sense of sustainability, and know how to convince cities, municipalities, and industry that saving resources is a profitable way to mitigate the effects of climate change? Then you’ve come to the right place!

How and where:

Preferably full-time, start at any time. Your place of work is our office in Berlin-Charlottenburg with excellent transport connections, no traffic noise, sunny terrace, great diverse team ...

Your tasks:

You develop new customer relationships with plenty of initiative and personal responsibility, managing the entire sales process - from lead generation and project or concept development through to the final proposal stage. You enjoy picking up the phone and have no fear of cold calling, but you also make use of other channels to inspire customers about deZem, working closely with the marketing team. As the first point of contact for our potential customers, you also handle the growing number of inbound leads. You gather customer requirements, but also contribute your own ideas when developing and approaching your target groups. In addition, you ensure productive communication between project management, key account management, marketing, and product development. With confidence and enthusiasm, you present our deZem hardware and software solutions - primarily through resource-efficient web meetings.

Your profile
  • Professional experience in sales (internal or external sales) or development of technology-oriented projects ideal
  • Degree in business administration or engineering; other disciplines are also welcome
  • Industry knowledge in IoT, automation, energy management, building technology, etc. welcome
  • Communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • Quick grasp of economic, technical and social contexts
  • Goal-orientated, proactive and responsible way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and English; other foreign languages very welcome
