For the next possible admission, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager
- perpetual/full time (40 hours/week)
- Qualifying leads & opportunities and optimizing our lead management
- Expansion of new customer business and development of a new customer strategy for the enterprise segment
- Preparation of presentations, pitch decks and offers as well as the implementation of software demos
- Automate sales processes (Sales Automation) using our CRM (Pipedrive)
- Preparation of sales campaigns including related KPIs
- Networking in various online channels
- Continuous market monitoring including continuous competition analyses
- Participation in trade fairs and events in the event industry
- Close cooperation with existing customer sales
- Weekly reporting to management
- A mix of fixed salary and commission

- Completed studies in business administration, computer science, business informatics or comparable education
- At least five years of experience selling software solutions, ideally in the area of event software or SaaS
- Demonstrable success in B2B sales to new customers
- An existing network, ideally in the event or IT sector (e.g. IT buyers)
- Negotiation skills and financial certainty
- Confident appearance and persuasion
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
- Willingness to travel
