Reliability Engineer (f/m/d)
- Analyze hardware failures, identify their causes, create thorough Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and perform efficient troubleshooting
- Develop and implement clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring solid documentation of all process steps
- Hand over solutions in a structured way to our operations and project teams, and make sure they work effectively in the field
- Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures and identify improvement opportunities early on
- Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with teams from Product, Engineering, and Operations
- A completed technical Bachelor’s degree (e.g. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field) or several years of relevant professional experience in a technical environment (ideally in the bicycle industry)
- Excellent English skills (C1 level) and good German skills (B2 level or higher)
- Proven experience of 3+ years in technical project management and/or systematic hardware failure analysis
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and audience-appropriate way
- Solid know-how in microelectronics, e-bike systems, as well as RCA methods and troubleshooting
- Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site (ideally 4 days per week) at our beautiful headquarters in Leipzig-Plagwitz
