Treasury Specialist (f/d/m)
- You are responsible for group-wide liquidity planning, cash pooling, and working capital management
- Monitoring and ensuring the solvency of all group companies, as well as our financial flows
- Developing concepts to hedge interest rate and currency risks (FX) and implementing them across the nextbike group
- Acting as the central contact person for banks and financing partners while actively maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Coordinating liquidity-related topics with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders - both nationally and internationally
- Driving automation and continuous optimization of our finance and treasury processes
- Managing our Treasury Management System Agicap and developing it systematically further
- Degree in Business, Corporate Finance, or a related field, as well as several years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (both at C1 level or higher)
- Solid understanding of the interrelations between P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, along with extensive experience in liquidity planning and in handling interest rate and currency products
- Strong Excel skills and substantial experience in using Treasury Management Systems (ideally Agicap)
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to set the right priorities even under pressure
- A curious, reflective mindset combined with a hands-on mentality and an international perspective - experience across different markets is a plus
